    Allan Cain
Allan Cain, Director of Development Workshop Angola presented the state of Luanda's post-war land markets at the recent World Bank Land and Poverty Conference during the session on creating a basis for development in post-disaster and conflict situations. The presentation provided an overview of a recent World Bank-funded project on urban land in Luanda carried out by Development Workshop.

Urban LandMark provided support on the project methodology and funded some data analysis.

Lauren Royston (Urban LandMark Theme Coordinator: Land Rights and Secure Tenure) contributed inputs on land market dynamics, and some conclusions and recommendations to the project's synthesis report.
