Speaker biography: Resetselemang Clement Leduka

Resetselemang Clement Leduka is an Associate Professor in the Department of Geographical & Environmental Sciences (Urban and Regional Planning Programme) of the National University of Lesotho. He holds a PhD degree in urban and regional planning from Cardiff University. He was the Director of the Institute of Southern African Studies (ISAS) from 2007 to 2011. Leduka has undertaken significant research on urban issues in Lesotho, focusing on access to land by the urban poor, urban informality and urban land law and policy, on which he has published several research articles and technical reports.
